Punita Sharma has a diverse work experience. Punita is currently working as a Relationship Manager at Samunnati since December 2022. Before that, they worked as a LOGO Designer as a self-employed freelancer since January 2018. Punita also served as an Assistant Manager at CSC e-Governance Services India Limited from May 2014 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive at Createch Pvt Ltd. from March 2013 to April 2014.

Punita Sharma completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Lucknow University, Lucknow, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, from 2013 to 2014.
