Mathew Alderson

Mathew Alderson has over two decades of finance experience, starting as a Sales Ledger Clerk at S&A Foods Ltd in 2004. Mathew progressed through various roles in management accounting before becoming a Head of Commercial Finance at Samworth Brothers in 2022. Notable positions include Financial Controller at Bradgate Bakery and Finance Manager at Melton Foods.

Mathew Alderson attended Derby College from 2002 to 2005, where they studied the Association of Accounting Technicians. Mathew then went on to the University of Derby from 2006 to 2007 and later BPP Nottingham from 2008 to 2010, both focusing on the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants program.
