Michael Plowman

Michael Plowman currently serves as the Responsible Business Programme Manager at Samworth Brothers since April 2024. Previously, from May 2017 to April 2024, Michael held several positions at Greencore, including Commercial Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included managing the "Food for Now" sandwiches portfolio and crafting business cases based on customer insights and market trends. Prior to Greencore, Michael worked at Ferrero as the Divisional IBP Lead and at Unilever as a Commercial Supply Collaboration Manager. Early career experience includes a role as a Replenishment Specialist at Unilever and a Supply Chain Manager at Wilko. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain from Nottingham Trent University.
