Natalie Holden is a Strategic Innovation Manager at Samworth Brothers since April 2022, bringing extensive experience from a 16-year tenure at PepsiCo. During this time, Natalie served in various key roles, including Commercial Lead for Tropicana UK and Europe Operational Excellence for R&D, where strategies were developed to enhance innovation timelines and R&D agility. As R&D Global Nutrition Category Manager, Natalie managed a global portfolio and harmonized product development processes. Other significant contributions include stewardship of a $2M annual budget and leadership of projects in Snacks and Extrusion. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science, Natalie has a proven track record of driving innovation across multiple markets.
