María Camila Martínez Esguerra has been working in the marketing and communications industry since 2019. In 2019, they completed an internship at Endava where they designed communications strategies and creative materials for campaigns, researched recruitment processes to improve the experience of potential employees and the company, and optimized mechanisms for the management of internal projects. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Experience Marketing Trainee at KEO World where they were responsible for user-centered design, the development and strengthening of brand identity at different points of contact, market and trends research to increase customer loyalty, and the research and implementation of the tone manual. María Camila also worked as a Copy Junior at Fantástica Agencia. In 2021, they joined Alpina as a Marketing Analyst where they were responsible for the execution of brand plans and strategy, the development and monitoring of the launch of new projects, and the understanding of new opportunities and market needs. Currently, they are a Brand Strategist at SamyRoad.
María Camila Martínez Esguerra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2014 and 2020. Additionally, they have two certifications: "How to Influence the Consumer Behavior to Drive Sales - Wharton Business School" from WOBI obtained in May 2020, and "Neurosales and Neuromanagement" from CESA obtained in May 2020.
