Martha Sierra has worked in the digital marketing industry since 2008. Martha began their career as a Production Manager at Source and Market Motorola, then moved to Mass Digital as a Copywriter Jr. In 2009, they joined Netbangers S.A. as a Copywriter and SEO. In 2012, they were hired as a Digital Strategist at Danone, where they won the Best Digital Campaign in Colombia 2012 CM Award. In 2013, they became a Community Manager Senior at VML. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Data Analyst at Sancho BBDO, where their team won the Social Devoted Certificate by Social Bakers. In 2015, they were hired as a Social Media Marketing at Samsung Electronics, where they increased the top of mind score in the target audience by 5 points. Martha Sierra obtained their Advertiser and Creative degree from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano between 2006 and 2010. In 2012, they completed a Digital Marketing Online degree from IEBS. Martha then obtained a Diplomado in Data Analysis from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2014. In the same year, they completed their Master's Degree in Innovations and Knowledge Management from Universidad EAFIT.
