Stefanie Scaglioni has worked in various roles in the media industry since 2011. Stefanie began their career at Filmsperu as a Producer and Editor of Audiovisual Content. In 2012, they joined Codigo.pe as the Head of Audiovisual Content, where they supervised production for the Cannes Lions 2016/2017 festival, coordinated interviews for the portal, and supervised content for the programs Paréntesis and Sinapsis. In 2017, they were a Producer and Content Manager for Paréntesis at Código Comunicaciones. In 2018, they worked as an Editor of Content for Jockey Plaza at McCann Lima, where they coordinated and produced content for the web and app, developed public relations strategies per campaign, and produced and supervised content for the Jockey Plaza YouTube channel. In 2019, they were an Executive of Marketing and Public Relations at Warner Bros. Pictures, where they coordinated and searched for strategic partners and developed marketing and public relations strategies for each release. In 2020, they joined Craft as an Executive Producer of the Compartiendo Sabiduría - Tottus project, where they supervised the realization of campaigns for TV, radio, and digital, and searched and coordinated with suppliers for campaign material (merchandising, videos, photos). Currently, they are a Brand Strategist at SamyRoad.

Stefanie Scaglioni completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Universidad Privada de Tacna between 2006 and 2010. Stefanie then attended IPAD in 2011 and 2012, though they did not receive a degree. In 2014 and 2015, Stefanie completed a Diploma in Audiovisual Production Management from Toulouse Lautrec, and then went on to obtain an Account Executive certification from The Atomic Garden in 2015. Most recently, Stefanie completed a specialization in Strategic Marketing from Universidad del Pacífico (PE) in 2020.
