Frank Nugteren

Frank Nugteren has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Frank began their career as a Stagiair Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst at ProFotostudio in 2014. In 2015, they moved to 5CA, where they served as Team Lead and Product Specialist. In 2021, they joined RealConnections as a Cloud Specialist (Medior). At 5CA, their role as Product Specialist included providing and creating training content, giving training to new help desk agents, and answering customers with technical inquiries for consumer electronics and video games. Frank also acted as a multilingual communicative switch between customers and the main client in regards to technical support.

Frank Nugteren studied International Business Studies from 2013 to 2014.
