Eric Ramirez

Eric Ramirez is a seasoned communications professional with a comprehensive background in audience engagement and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Newsletter Editor at San Antonio Express-News since July 2023, Eric has previously held key positions at Next Big Idea Club, including Senior Director of Audience & Community and Director of Community Engagement & Audience Development. With experience as an Audience Development Intern at Fusion Media Network and roles including Assistant Editor for The Underwear Expert, Associate Editor, and Editor-in-Chief at District, Eric has honed skills in writing, editing, and managing content effectively. Educationally, Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Media/Journalism Innovation from New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing from Savannah College of Art and Design.
