George Cox

George Cox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and management. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at the San Antonio Food Bank since January 2016, George previously held positions including Procurement Manager at the same organization and Materials Manager at Resolute Health from October 2013 to December 2015. Additional experience includes a managerial role at Southcentral Foundation and various leadership positions in the U.S. Air Force, including Flight Chief and Historian, where George was responsible for preserving the official record of Air Force mission accomplishments. In terms of education, George holds a Master of Arts in History from American Military University, a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from William Carey University.
