Agdel Rivera, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with over two decades of experience in urban planning and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at San Antonio River Authority since March 2022, Agdel oversees compliance with contracts, designs, budgets, and schedules for various projects and programs. Prior to this, Agdel held multiple roles within the City of San Antonio from March 2002 to March 2022, including Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and execution of the Howard W. Peak Greenway Trails System, as well as roles in urban and neighborhood planning. Agdel earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000.
