Joyce Wander

Joyce Wander serves as the Business Applications Administrator at the San Antonio River Authority since July 2015, bringing extensive experience in business applications. Previously, Joyce held the position of Consultant at Henry Elliott & Company, Inc. from October 1998 to April 1999. Joyce's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Assurance & Security from Texas A&M University-San Antonio, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems from Our Lady of the Lake University.
