Allison Haun possesses extensive experience in revenue operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Revenue Operations & Customer Service at San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) since September 2022. Prior to this, Allison held roles at The RealReal from February 2016 to April 2022, including Client Services Operations and Resource Manager, where management of a workforce team was a key responsibility, and a successful transition to the Genesys Purecloud WFM tool was achieved. Earlier experience includes a tenure at PVH Corp. as Contact Center Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, during which Allison developed policies to enhance KPIs and customer satisfaction across multiple brands. Initial career experience included a position as Customer Service Supervisor at MediaPower from 2004 to 2007. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Applied in the Workplace from Walden University.
