Monica Fling Rowland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management, sports coaching, and business development. Currently serving as the Event Bids and Special Projects Manager at San Antonio Sports since December 2021, Monica previously held roles such as Modern Pentathlon Coach at the University of the Incarnate Word® and Executive Director at Texas Pentathlon. With a background as a Personal Trainer and Mental Toughness Coach at MFR Results and a Business Development Manager and Director of Education at HealthSouth, Monica has demonstrated expertise in physical training and sports psychology. Educationally, Monica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara.
