Gavino Ramos

Gavino Ramos has extensive work experience in communications and external affairs. Gavino began their career in 2006 as the Director of Corporate Relations at the San Antonio Housing Authority. In 2008, they joined VIA Metropolitan Tranis as a Board Member and also became the VP of Communications, South Texas at Time Warner Cable. In 2010, they served on the Board of Directors at TPRA. In 2014, they became the Director of Corporate Communications at L&H Packing. Currently, they are working at the San Antonio Water System, where they have held various roles including Vice President of Communications and External Affairs and Sr. Vice President of Communications, External Affairs & Conservation.

Gavino Ramos obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Gavino continued their education at Trinity University, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Urban Administration from 1995 to 1997.
