Giorgio Arcara is a distinguished professional in the field of neurophysiology with extensive experience in research and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Scientific Director, Senior Researcher, and Head of the Laboratory of Neurophysiology at San Camillo IRCCS since August 2016, Giorgio has made significant contributions to the field. Prior to this role, Giorgio held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Neuroscience, University of Padua, and as a Research Fellow at Fondazione Ospedale San Camillo IRCCS. Additional postdoctoral experiences were gained in various departments at the University of Padua. Giorgio completed a PhD in Psychological Science with a focus on Psychobiology at Università degli Studi di Padova, following an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from the same institution.
