Cesar Gumapas

Cesar Gumapas is a communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in graphic design and publication management. Currently serving as the Public Information Officer at San Diego City College since January 2019, Cesar has previously held roles as Publications Editor and Supervisor as well as Graphic Artist and Photographer at the San Diego Community College District from June 2008 to January 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at Real Health Laboratories, King Schools, Design Perspective, and KUSI News Television. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with a focus on Graphic Design from San Diego State University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
