Academic Faculty

The Academic Faculty team at the San Diego Community College District is responsible for delivering quality instruction across a wide range of academic disciplines and vocational programs. This diverse group of educators, which includes professors, adjunct faculty, and instructors, engages in teaching, curriculum development, student assessment, and academic advising. They contribute to both credit and noncredit programs aimed at preparing students for transfer to four-year institutions and entry-level jobs, as well as enriching the community through continuing education and lifelong learning opportunities.
