Kristen Amicone

Kristen Amicone is currently serving as an Engagement Planner at the San Diego County Office of Education and holds the position of Board Member and Chair of Affiliated Partners at the San Diego Council on Literacy. Additionally, Kristen is a Community Co-Chair for the Age Well San Diego Social Participation & Inclusion team and is an active member of several organizations including The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement, The National Society of Leadership and Success, Women Give San Diego, and San Diego Women Leaders. Prior to these roles, Kristen was involved with San Diego Oasis as Director of Outreach and Director of Intergenerational Programs. Other notable experience includes serving as Director of Education and Technology, Operations and Grants Manager, and Grants Administrator at the San Diego Police Foundation. Kristen is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership at LSU Shreveport and holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the same institution.
