Ashish Kakkad

Ashish Kakkad has significant experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as a member of the Advisory Board for SanDiegoCIO since June 2024, which aids chief information officers in navigating C-suite challenges. Ashish has been the Chief Information Officer for the San Diego County Sheriff since October 2013, and previously served in the United States Air Force from August 1995 to August 1999. Ashish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT Management from Western Governors University (2012-2014) and a degree from the University of California, Riverside (1999-2002).
