Laura Frazee

Laura Frazee has extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Electric Operations Portfolio Manager at San Diego Gas & Electric since 2006. In this role, Laura manages IT and OT categories of spend, overseeing an annual technology budget of $750 million through effective contract management and client relationship development. Previously, Laura held positions as a Category Manager for Strategic Sourcing and Information Technology, where responsibilities included managing high-risk sourcing processes and supporting IT-related procurements. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Contracting Agent for Sempra Energy and working in purchasing at MACTEC. Laura holds a degree from Regis University.
