Sandra Webb-Alo

Sandra Webb-Alo has extensive experience in product management and customer engagement at San Diego Gas & Electric since November 2015, holding various roles including User Services Group Product Manager, Customer Engagement Group Product Manager, Digital Customer Engagement Lead, and Customer Programs Supervisor. Prior to this, Sandra served as a Project Manager at San Diego Gas and Electric from May 2011 to November 2015, and worked as an Office Administrator and Event Coordinator at Micronas Semiconductors in 2005 to 2006. Sandra obtained a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego in 2009, and certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Rocket Nine Product Owner Training Class from 2013 to 2017.
