Melissa Melgar

Melissa Melgar is a highly qualified behavior services professional with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Behavior Services at San Diego-Imperial Counties Developmental Services Inc. since June 2017, Melissa has previously held positions as a Behavior Specialist and Supervisor at ABA Education Foundation, and Behavior Supervisor at Novata Behavioral Health, among others. Melissa's expertise includes maintaining individualized programs, conducting functional behavioral assessments, training RBTs and BCaBAs, and implementing a range of behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities. Educational credentials include a BCBA certification from Alliant International University and advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychology and Spanish Literature from recognized institutions.
