Sarah Hernandez

Sarah Hernandez currently serves as a Case Manager and Facility Liaison at The San Diego Regional Center, where responsibility includes supporting individuals in high-level care settings with person-centered services through relationship management and advocacy. Prior experience as a Lead Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. involved leading a team of Behavioral Technicians and collaborating with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to enhance intervention quality. Previous roles include working as a Behavioral Therapist with young children at Beacon ABA Services, and serving as a Food Service Manager and Administrative Assistant in earlier professional experiences. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
