Becca Phelps

Becca Phelps currently serves as the VP of Administration & Culture at the San Diego Rescue Mission, where Becca lovingly addresses the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness by providing holistic rehabilitation and recovery services. Prior to this role, Becca worked as an Administrative Assistant at the same organization. Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Western Michigan University.
