Dr. Virginia Loh-Hagan

Dr. Virginia Loh-Hagan is a prominent educator and author with extensive experience in academia and publishing. Currently serving as the Faculty Director of the SDSU APIDA Center and as a Faculty/Team Leader for Teacher Credential Programs at San Diego State University since January 2009, Dr. Loh-Hagan also holds positions as an Educational Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh and Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Diego. As a published author, Dr. Loh-Hagan has written 40 books across five series for Cherry Lake Publishing’s 45th Parallel Press since 2012. Previous roles include leadership positions in various educational institutions and contributions as a Professional Editor/CEO at In the Margins. Dr. Loh-Hagan's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Literacy from San Diego State University and the University of San Diego, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.
