Jennifer Nicolai

Jennifer Nicolai is an accomplished professional in arts administration with extensive experience in fundraising and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement Campaign and Major Gifts at San Diego Symphony since April 2019, Jennifer has previously held roles including Associate Campaign Director and Associate Director of Stewardship and Special Events at the same organization. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at The Broad Stage as Development Manager/Board Liaison, where responsibilities included managing annual fundraising campaigns. Jennifer's career also includes key leadership positions at lululemon athletica, managing sales teams, and a role as Audience Services + Event Coordinator at Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, overseeing large teams in a theatrical setting. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Goucher College and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from San Jose State University.
