Stephen Salts

Stephen Salts currently serves as the Director of Learning and Leadership at the San Diego Symphony, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at the Los Angeles Master Chorale from January 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Production Manager and Production Manager for one of the nation's leading professional choirs. Stephen also directed the Cathedral Choral Academy at St. John's Cathedral, an after-school music education program for children aged 7 to 14, from April 2019 to June 2023. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Music from the Royal Holloway, University of London (2014-2015), a Master’s Degree in Music from California State University, Long Beach (2011-2014), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Florida State University (2007-2011).
