Carl Schneider

Carl Schneider, MBA, CCM, LEED AP, CPESC, is the Chief Executive Officer of SchneiderCM, Inc., a position held since March 2004. In addition to leading a successful construction management firm, Carl has a notable role in the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) as Past President, following previous positions as Vice President and Secretary, along with involvement in various committees. Serving as Lead Construction Manager for the San Diego Unified School District since 2001, Carl manages construction for significant bond programs. Previous professional experience includes management roles at Gafcon, Inc., ARCADIS, and Vanir Construction Management. Carl holds a BSc. in Building from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a National Diploma in Construction Supervision from Technikon Witwatersrand.
