Aaron Rouch

Aaron Rouch, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project scheduling and value engineering within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Since April 2001, Aaron has been employed with the San Diego County Water Authority, currently serving as a Senior Scheduler, where responsibilities include advanced analyses of the Capital Improvement Program and training staff in project planning and controls. Previously, Aaron held the role of Value Engineering Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of value engineering initiatives. Aaron also serves as the Director of Special Projects for the SAVE International San Diego Chapter, focusing on promoting value methodology. Between 1996 and 2001, Aaron worked for MARRS Services, Inc. and OHM Remediation Services Corp, contributing to program controls and project accounting. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Humboldt State University.
