Martin C. has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and water management sectors. Currently serving as Operations & Maintenance Manager for Asset Management at San Diego County Water Authority since July 2013, Martin previously held the position of Senior Asset Management Specialist within the same organization. Prior to that, Martin worked at Jacobs from December 1999 to July 2013, where duties included roles as Principal Engineer and Project Manager in the Water & Wastewater division. An earlier career included a position as Construction Engineer and Sub Agent at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd from September 1996 to December 1999. Martin holds a BEng (HONS) in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, attained between 1992 and 1996.
