Tom Marcoux

Tom Marcoux is an experienced risk and safety professional with a strong background in environmental compliance and emergency management. Currently serving as the Risk and Safety Manager at San Diego County Water Authority since November 2022, Tom previously held the position of Safety and Risk Officer at Rancho California Water District from July 2017 to December 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Environmental Compliance & Emergency Services Coordinator at South Coast Water District, where responsibilities involved managing emergency management and security programs. Tom's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where over an eight-year tenure as a Marine Science Technician, oversight of environmental cases and compliance inspections was paramount. Tom holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Environmental Studies from American Military University.
