Karen Bhatt, MSHR/SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Karen has held significant positions such as Director of Benefits and Compensation. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at both Hilton Hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton, as well as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In addition to their HR expertise, Karen has also worked as a Yoga Instructor at YogaSix, showcasing a diverse skill set.
