Max Molz

Max Molz is currently serving as a Coaching Operations Assistant for the San Francisco 49ers since March 2023. Prior to this role, Max held various positions at the University of Missouri-Columbia, including Associate Director of Football Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, and Football Operations Graduate Assistant from July 2019 to March 2023. Max also worked as a Language and Culture Assistant at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange in Madrid, Spain, where responsibilities included developing lesson plans and teaching English in a bilingual secondary school from September 2018 to June 2019. Earlier, Max was the Undergraduate Manager for Baseball Operations at Saint Mary's College of California, focusing on operational duties and stakeholder relationships from August 2014 to May 2018. Max holds a Master's degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English, and Spanish from Saint Mary's College of California.
