Public Art Project Manager at San Francisco Arts Commission

Aleta Lee is an accomplished public art professional with extensive experience in project management and community engagement. Currently serving as Public Art Project Manager at the San Francisco Arts Commission since February 2016, Aleta previously held roles as Public Art Trust and Special Initiatives Program Associate. Aleta's background includes working as an artist and event organizer at FAM Collective, as well as communications and exhibitions associate at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. Additional experience encompasses internships and consulting roles at esteemed institutions such as the Chinati Foundation and Asian American Arts Centre. Aleta holds a Master of Arts in Arts Politics from NYU Tisch and a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley. Notable achievements include receiving the Excellent Individual Award in 2011 while serving as Creative Marketing Manager at ALCATEL ONE TOUCH.
