Kate Durham

Kate Durham is the current Executive Director at San Francisco CASA. Kate has held this position since December 2014. Prior to their current role, Kate served as the Director of Programs and Strategic Initiatives at Beyond Emancipation from October 2010 to December 2014. Kate has also worked as a consultant and owner at KLD Consulting and DPM Consulting. From January 1999 to December 2000, they served as the Special Project Manager for City and County of San Francisco Housing and Homeless Programs. Kate was also the Alameda County Homeless Continuum of Care Coordinator at Alameda County Housing and Community Development from December 1996 to December 1998. Prior to that, they served as Interim Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director at Central City Hospitality House from December 1993 to December 1996. Kate began their career at Central City Hospitality House as the Youth Program Director from December 1989 to December 1993.

Kate Durham began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management and French from Albion College. Kate then went on to obtain a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Golden Gate University. After several years working in the nonprofit sector, Kate decided to further their education by obtaining certification as an End of Life Doula through Doulagivers.
