David Blum

David Blum is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in assisting legal processes. Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office since May 2019, David has honed skills in legal research and document preparation. Prior to this role, David worked as a Paralegal/Litigation at ROCK Law from October 2012 to May 2019, contributing expertise in class action, First Amendment, construction defect, and homeowners' association cases. David holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Heald College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
