Gene O'Brien

Gene O'Brien is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Case Assistant and Legal Assistant with the San Francisco City Attorney's Litigation Team since July 2012. Prior to this role, Gene worked as a researcher at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, conducting pre-trial factual research, and interned in the Office of the City Attorney in San Francisco, supporting the Complex Litigation and Labor teams. Gene's background also includes over a decade in operations and service coordination at Unisys, where responsibilities included managing IT hardware repair services for major clients such as Autodesk and Hewlett Packard. Gene holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has further education from San Francisco State University.
