Eliza Cohen

Eliza Cohen is an accomplished educator and experienced professional with a diverse background in teaching, financial management, and community service. Currently serving as an 8th Grade Teacher at San Francisco Friends School since August 2022, Eliza previously held roles as an Afterschool Teacher and Registrar at The Brandeis School of San Francisco. Significant experience includes overseeing a financial assistance program at Camp Tawonga, managing $700,000 in annual grants, and supervising a unit of counselors and campers. Eliza's early career includes positions such as Admissions Office Fellow and Tour Guide at Kenyon College, as well as involvement in voter registration efforts with Hillary for America. Eliza holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Math from Kenyon College and has actively participated in philanthropic initiatives, including serving on the board of the South Peninsula Jewish Teen Foundation.
