Roscoe Mapps has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Recruiter at Bank of America from December 2001 to January 2008. Roscoe then worked on political campaigns, serving as Regional Field Director and Field Organizer for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign from February 2008 to June 2008. Roscoe also worked at ONE, where they were a Regional Field Director from July 2008 to February 2012, and later became the ONE Vote Deputy Campaign Manager from March 2012 to December 2012.
