Geoffrey Neumayr SE, DBIA began their work experience in 1984 at Watry Design, Inc. as a Project Manager and Associate. Geoffrey then moved on to The Allen Group, LLC in 1996, where they served as the Project Manager and Vice President of Operations until 2011. In 2011, Neumayr joined the San Francisco International Airport and held various roles, including Associate Deputy Airport Director, Deputy Airport Director of Design & Construction, and Chief Development Officer.

Geoffrey Neumayr SE, DBIA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they obtained from 1979 to 1984. Prior to higher education, they attended Bellarmine College Preparatory for their high school education from 1973 to 1978. In addition, Neumayr also possesses certifications as a Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer, granted by the State of California.
