David Moakley

David Moakley is a Deputy Public Defender at the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office, a position held since August 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Law Student in the San Francisco Public Defender's Office and the Alameda County Public Defender's Office, as well as a Summer Law Clerk at the Contra Costa County Public Defender's Office. David Moakley obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2012 to 2015, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to entering law, David Moakley worked as a Master Tutor and Teacher at The Princeton Review.
