Joel Campos is an Associate Regional Planner at San Joaquin Council of Governments. Joel Campos has worked in the public sector for over ten years. In this role, Joel is responsible for developing long-range plans and programs related to land use and transportation, conducting community outreach, and providing technical assistance to local jurisdictions. Joel has been instrumental in developing and implementing several successful planning initiatives in the San Joaquin region, and has earned a reputation as an effective communicator and collaborator.
