Balwinder T. Singh

Balwinder Singh was appointed by the City of Stockton to his first term on the RTD Board of Directors in 2014. Director Singh is an experienced transportation professional and a senior member of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Society IEEE. He has been appointed to a number of advisory positions serving the County and the State. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Professional Engineers in California Government-Stockton Section and is a member of the San Joaquin Engineers Council Board of Directors, where he served as Chair in 2012. He also serves on the City of Stockton’s Cultural Heritage Board and volunteers his time on numerous boards of local non-profit organizations.
