Jonathan Klassen has extensive experience in air quality management, having served at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District since November 2006 in various roles, including Director of Air Quality Science and Director of Strategies and Incentives. Responsibilities included overseeing the air monitoring program, air quality modeling, and analysis and forecasting teams. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at the USDA as a Program Technician and held academic positions as an adjunct faculty member in mathematics at the University of Phoenix and DeVry University. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from California State University, Fresno.
