Thomas Serrano

Thomas Serrano has extensive experience in the field of respiratory care and education, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Education at San Joaquin Valley College since January 2004. Additionally, Thomas has worked at PIH Health in the role of RCP III since 1987 and held the position of Vice President at the California Society for Respiratory Care from 2010 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Jones International University, a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from Loma Linda University, and an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from Mt. San Antonio College.
