Molly Decastongrene

Molly deCastongrene currently serves as Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer, having progressed from the Coordinator role and previously from an Inside Sales position. Prior experience includes serving as Property Assistant at LEARFIELD, where foundational skills in partnership marketing were developed. Molly has also held roles at Carpo's Restaurant, Cal Rec Sports as a Lifeguard, and completed an internship with Rosie the Riveter/WWII Homefront National Historic Park, leading educational programs for students. Leadership experience includes serving as President and Safety Officer of Cal Women's Club Water Polo, where team management and budget oversight were key responsibilities. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
