Firefighting Team

The Firefighting Team at the San José Fire Department is responsible for rapidly responding to fire emergencies and other hazardous situations to protect life, property, and the environment. This team, composed of highly trained firefighters and paramedics, performs fire suppression, rescue operations, hazardous material containment, and emergency medical services. They also engage in continual training to maintain high readiness levels and ensure safe and effective incident management across San José and surrounding areas.
