Mike McCarroll is an accomplished professional in guest experience management with extensive leadership roles in the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Guest Experience for the San Jose Sharks since March 2015, Mike oversees multiple teams at the SAP Center, including ushering, parking, and event security, while also managing the food and beverage relationship with Aramark. Previous experience includes Director of Guest Services for the San Francisco 49ers, where Mike led the guest services team during the opening of Levi's Stadium and developed vital training and recruitment processes. Mike's career began at the SAP Center, where leadership was demonstrated as Ushering & Emergency Medical Manager over a long tenure, as well as holding management positions with the Stockton Ports and San Jose Giants. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated from the IAVM Academy of Venue Safety & Security.
