Chad Kumabe Pe

Chad Kumabe, PE, currently serves as a Senior Associate Engineer at San Jose Water since March 2022. Prior to this role, Chad held various engineering positions at BKF Engineers from February 2018 to February 2022, including Project Engineer and Design Engineer in Water Resources. Chad's experience also includes a tenure as a GS-09 at the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on Navigation and Coastal Projects, Hydrology & Hydraulics, Dam and Levee Safety, and Reservoir Regulation. Additionally, Chad worked as a Civil Engineering Intern at Kjeldsen, Sinnock and Neudeck, Inc. from June 2015 to June 2016. Chad holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific (2012-2016).
